The Sunset Lovers
Once upon a time, there was a
beautiful Princess. Her name was Princess Amelia. She lived with her parents
who were a king and a queen of Bridgestone Kingdom. It was a wealthy and
prosperous Kingdom. However, Bridgestone
Kingdom has an enemy. It was Maldives Kingdom. Both of them became an enemy
since they were fighting over to get one colony region. Princess Amelia was an
energetic girl, and even not looked like a princess. She loved riding a horse
every dusk when the sun went down. She
usually rode her horse to the hill to see the beauty of sunset.
One day in the afternoon, when
Princess Amelia was laying her body on the grass at the hill, suddenly she heard
footsteps of someone got closer to her. Afterwards, there was an arrow flew and
landed on the branch of a tree. It made
her shocked. Directly, she turned around her body to see what was happened. Out
of her prediction, she saw a handsome guy. He seemed like a hunter because he
brought a bow and some arrows on his back.
“I am so sorry young lady, I didn’t
see that there is a person here” said the guy.
“Okay, never mind. By the way, who
are you?”
“My
name is William Antonio, just call me William. And what’s your name young beautiful
lady?”
“I am Amelia. Are you a hunter
William?” asked Amelia.
“Umm…actually I’m not but I just
wanna be a hunter” answered him.
“Okay then, nice to see you, William”
“Nice to see you, Amelia”
It was the first time Amelia and
William met each other. They still hid their own identity. William actually was
a Prince from Maldives Kingdom. From that first meeting, they often met in the
same place everyday in the twilight. They were talking and sharing about their
life, but they still hid that they were a princess and a prince. For William,
Amelia was a special woman. He had been falling in love with her since the
first time they met. Moreover, Amelia thought that William was a kind – hearted
man and always listening what she talked about. When she felt sad, William
entertained her by letting her saw one of the God’s magnificent view, a sunset
from the top of the hill. As like this day, William took along her to that
place.
“Wow, what a beautiful view I’ve ever
seen!” she yelled enthusiastic.
“You’ve never seen sunset from here,
have you?” asked William.
“Yes, I never see it from here, how could you find such kind
of appropriate place to see sunset like this?”
“Umm…
I have told you before that I was a hunter; animal and sunset hunter (read: seeker)”, answered William while
giving his sweetest smile to Amelia.
“I
love it so much, thank you William”
Somehow,
all things that William had done could make Amelia happy.
One day, William would like to
propose Amelia as his wife then told her the truth that he was a Prince of
Maldives Kingdom. However, on that day William’s father, King Arthur asked all
the guards and knights, including his son to attack Bridgestone Kingdom. It was
the climax of the quarrel which had been happened between Bridgestone Kingdom
and Maldives Kingdom. William did not know that the kingdom which would be
attacked was Amelia’s ones. He just obeyed his father’s instruction.
At the break of dawn, the Maldives’ troops
arrived at the gate of Bridgestone Kingdom. The King of Bridgestone Kingdom,
King Philip panicked, he never thought that his enemy would attack him as soon
as this. Afterwards, King Philip gave command to all the guards to stand by and
prepared the weapons. Both kingdoms were ready to start the war. Princess Amelia
with her mother, Queen Aurora just stayed inside the palace. However, Princess
Amelia decided to help her kingdom by following the war.
In a second, Amelia looked at someone’s
face which was so acquainted with her. Yes, she saw William in the war. He
against and attacked her kingdom. Then, William eyes also caught Amelia standing
in front of the gate. All of sudden, in the middle of the war, William ran
closed to Amelia then brought her into a little space and asked her not to follow
the war. But then, Amelia said that she was the daughter of King Philip, the
king of Bridgestone Kingdom. William was shocked. Then, William also told her the truth that he
was actually the Prince of Maldives Kingdom. After knowing the real fact, both
of them took a decision to stop the war.
Afterwards, those two kingdoms
stopped the war. Princess Amelia and Prince William had told about their
friendship to their parents and they accepted that. In that moment, Prince
William also proposed Princess Amelia to be his wife - to be the next queen of Maldives
Kingdom. In short, Princess Amelia approved the purpose. All the people around seemed
excited to hear that. Bridgestone and
Maldives Kingdom made a peace. They promised would not attack each other again.
Later on, Princess Amelia and Prince William got married. They built a new
Kingdom, named Twilight Kingdom. Finally, they lived happily ever after.
