Roger and Princess Juliana
Long – long time ago, in Greek, one
of the most modern civilization in that time, there lived a King and his
beautiful daughter. The name of the King
was King George and his daughter’s name was Princess Juliana. The King was very
dictator. Everything he wanted had to be fulfilled and done. Not surprised that
he had some enemies outside his kingdom. The King also very protected to the Princess.
The King had planned to give in marriage her daughter with a rich and handsome
Prince from British Kingdom.
Actually, the Princess had known
about the plan of the King that she would be proposed by the Prince from
British Kingdom. It was a bad fact for her. Princess Juliana disliked the
Prince of British. According to her, he was an arrogant man. To be honest, Princess Juliana had found her
true love. She had being felt in love with a guard of the kingdom. His name was
Roger. For Princess Juliana, Roger was not only an ordinary guard. He was kind
– hearted, wise man, and had a strong body to against the enemies of the Kingdom.
For Roger, Princess Juliana was a
beautiful, kind young lady and a humble person. It was so different with her
father’s, King George. Both Roger and Princess Juliana were loved each other. They
often met in their favorite place, a park behind the hall of the palace.
One day, when Roger and Princess Juliana
met in their favorite place, one of the King's Advisor knew that. Then, he told
about what he saw to the King. After knowing the real fact of her daughter’s
relationship, he became very angry. He disliked if Princess Juliana had a
special relationship with a guard. The day after, the King called Roger to meet
and faced the King. Then, the King gave a punishment to him. However, the
punishment was so unique. In that time, when the King wanted to gave a
punishment to someone who did a mistake, he would give the punishment in front
of the people. It was taken place in such a big stadium, so all of the people
could see that horrible event. The day was came, the stadium was full of people
and many colleague of the Kingdom. The
King and the Princess saw from their throne. Roger was standing in the center
of the stadium. The King gave two conditions to him. On the center stadium
there were two doors, in the first door there was a beautiful young woman but
in a second door there was a very hungry tiger. No one knew about it except the
King. If Roger chose the first door, so
he was save. He could marry with the young woman and would never have a
relationship with the princess again. In contrast, if Roger chose the second
door, so he would be died by the very hungry tiger. It was a difficult and
confusing choice for him. Roger never imagined before that he would be in this
condition. The princess also felt afraid and sad to see this reality, her love,
Roger, would be died or still alive was depends on his choice. Finally, the
times came for Roger to choose one of the doors. Then, one, two, three…..… Roger
opened the door quickly. Yeah….he was in a lucky fate, a beautiful young woman
appeared from inside the door. All of the people inside the stadium gave their
standing applause to him. Everyone seemed happy since Roger finally still alive
except the King.
After that horrible event past, the
King asked Roger to marry with the woman. Actually, Roger did not want to marry
with the woman, even though she was so beautiful. He was still loving the Princess.
The Princess also had the same feeling. This was such a pain for them. The day
after, at the break of dawn, an unpredictable occurrence happened. Enemies came
to attack the Kingdom. Everyone inside and outside the palace was so
panic. The war happened between those two Kingdoms. At the war field, the King
of the opposite Kingdom tried to kill King George. However, when the enemy
tried to stab a sword to King George – nearly hurt his heart – Roger saved the
King and he against the enemy with his sword. Finally, the George Kingdom won the
war. It because of Roger, he saved the King.
The King was very happy since his
Kingdom and his self were safety. As a prize, the King gave Roger a higher
position in that Kingdom. Roger became the King’s advisor and the bravest knight
among the other knights in that Kingdom. Roger was contented. Then, as a surprised,
the King allowed Roger to marry with his daughter, Princess Juliana. Both
Princess Juliana and Roger were very happy. Finally, they were married.
Everybody seemed glad to know their Princess marriage. It meant that someday,
Roger would lead the Kingdom and changed the position of their dictator King,
George. Everyone in the Kingdom lived
happily ever after.

It is a very nice story. You wrote an amusing story about the love story between a princess and a kingdom guard. The words in this story flew beautifully. You wrote it clearly which make the readers understand the whole story. However, I found some mistakes in your writing. In the third paragraph, you wrote “…the King called Roger to meet and faced the King” , it should be “the King called Roger to meet and face the King”. Still in the third paragraph, “The stadium was full of people and many colleague of the Kingdom”, the colleagues were plural, so it should be “many colleagues”. Overall, your narrative is amazing. :D
BalasHapusIt's so great cool and lovely story. Actually, what I learned from roger is that, when we could faith to someone we love, nothing is impossible because it says I'm possible.
